I'm so glad you're here. This session is focused on exploring what's coming up in your body, your patterns, and your current season of life.

1. Complete your intake form
Share what's been coming up for you. This may take up to 20 minutes to complete.
2. Complete Dosha evaluation.
This gives me insight into your constitution and current imbalances. Please answer questions according to what has been the most consistent for you over the years.
3. Sign Waiver & Liability Form
This ensures clairy and mutual understanding as we enter this work together.
Allow 2-3 business days for me to review your information. I'll send you a booking link once everything has been reviewed.
