Together, we begin to shift: how you relate to your body where you override internal signals the unconscious patterns driving depletion or imbalance the disconnect between awareness and embodiment

2 / Three Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions
These sessions are where we actively work with the patterns identified in your assessment.
Each session is focused, direct, and responsive to your lived experience in real time.
We work to:
